Dr. Donald Pake. Safety planning is integral to the management of persons with sexualized behavior problems. Florida Statute 948.30 requires a safety plan be developed as part of an overall risk evaluation before certain identified sex offenders will be considered for supervised contact with a child. Upon completion of the workshop the learner will understand the purpose and process of safety planning and possess both the resources and skills necessary to develop an effective safety plan for use with persons identified as having sexualized behavior problems. |
